About Audiogram
Audiogram is a free hearing screening that runs in your web browser. You wear your own headphones, press a button each time you hear a quiet beep, and get a graph of the quietest sounds you can hear at each pitch (an audiogram).
What it is not
It is not a medical test and cannot diagnose hearing loss. Phones and consumer headphones are not calibrated, so the numbers are approximate. If you are worried about your hearing, see a doctor or an audiologist.
What it asks for
- Sound: your browser plays test tones through your headphones.
- Microphone (optional): a 3-second room-noise check. The audio is analysed on your device only; it is never recorded or uploaded.
- Email (optional): only if you tick the consent box. You never need an account or password to take the test.
No ads, no tracking, nothing to download
The site does not sell anything, show ads, ask for payment or card details, or ask you to install software. It runs on Cloudflare.
For audiologists
Qualified audiologists can register to view results that a person has chosen to share with them. Every registration is checked by hand before any result can be seen.
